We are moving out and looking for someone to take over our lease from the
end of Jan. To May 31st . We plan to move out in Jan.24th, but I will pay
the rent until Feb.1st. So you can live for free from Jan.24 to Jan.31th.
The lease will expire on May.31th. Month rental is 585$ or best offer,
including trash and water. You will take my 300$ deposit after the lease, so
you actually only pay 510$/month or less for four months. We will clean up
before we move out and we will leave some free furniture to you if you
prefer, including full-size bed, chair, foldable table, and TV. The
apartment provides a free microwave.
Apartment features: 800 sqft, one bedroom apartment in a safe apartment near
carrboro plaza, two foodlions, DMV, and some restaurants in walk distance (
5 min) and three buslines to UNC, the CPX runs every 15 minutes in the
morning and night. The electricity is duke energy, and cooking and heating
is using gas. We pay about 40-50$ total for two people every month for gas
and electricity. My room is close to swimming pool, laundry room and bus
stop. Finally, the room is at first floor with nice sunshine (warm in winter
).
