It's right in the middle of RTP. It's 6~8 miles to duke and a little
farther to unc.
It needs a 12-month lease. The monthly rent is $1300. It'll be $433 per
person if we can find three roommates.
If you know any suitable house, please let me know.
It'll be great to have 4 or 5 people living in the same house and have fun
together.
