considering which one to choose. Hope I can get some advices from this board
. Thanks in advance.
The details are as follows.
1. The position in Raleigh is more interesting, at least I like it very much.
2. The compensation is a little higher in Raleigh. 13W+ per year including
everything before tax in the first 3 years.
3. My wife has not found a position in Raleigh yet. Opportunities are much
less than in Silicon Valley for her.
The upside includes the position, lower living costs, good education (I
heard).
The downside includes less opportunities.
If I miss anything, PLEASE PLEASE remind me so that I can make my decision
within this week. Any suggestion is more than welcomed. Thank you very much!

1. IT industry (software). don't want to reveal the company name. there
could be colleagues here.
2. Base is 110k. Stork plus bonus should be 20k per year. Plus some sign-on
bonus and relocation, I put 130k+.

freedom to choose whether she like to work, without financial presure.
You two can enjoy the life with great weather, big house ,2+ luxury cars and
kids, without any problem.
If you enjoy working hard and being successsful, Raleigh is not for you.
That is my 2 cents. I could/should not make decision for you. It is your
call to choose whatever you like.

时州政府答应如果5年内工达到300会退很多税给公司。今年我们已经超过300人了，而
且继续快速增长。 最近又在和州政府谈新的优惠，条件是我们会建一座新的15万sft的
办公楼，雇员超过500.
