Hi, all. There will be one room available in a well-furnished townhouse (2rooms/1.5b) in University Apartment by the end of this May, I have 1B/1.5B for sublease from June (06/01) to the end of August(08/31) this summer, the time is negotiable.
The townhouse is located along Avent Ferry Road and quite near centennial campus(10mins'walk). Besides, wolfline(free shuttle to NCSU campus.) 1,10, CAT11\ 11C bus stops are in 5 minutes' walk, which makes your daily life quite convenient.
The rent is cheap, only 282.5 per month +1/2 the utilities (power, water, and internet). You will be sharing the townhouse with a very nice and quiet, Chinese PhD student. Since I will go back China, all of the furniture （queen bed, tables, chairs, ..) and everything here for daily living are available to you. Includes free swimming pool access, free parking, You can carry the package to move in. | c********o
