Fish will normally lose some weight on thawing; this drip loss may amount to
up to 5 per cent for properly frozen and cold stored white fish, though it
can be considerably more if insufficient attention is paid to thawing
procedure.
The longer the fish is frozen, the more weight it will lose when thawed.
So 35% weight loss? LOL |
