发帖数: 356 | 6 我们租的小区要，就是bell residents旗下的，好像都要。我们quote了一个最低的，
反正liability达到lease agreement标准就行了，是allstate的，一年不到80，只是为
了走个程序。
Rental insurance不需要credit report吧，倒是租房的公司需要run 一下background
