ticket记录。请问这种情况请律师比较好还是自己出庭比较好？结果大概会怎样？要用
那个传说中的PJC么？多谢了！对了我是fleet license，没有自己名下的车保险
当时主要是赶着去开会。其实被停下来的时候我莫名挺感激警察叔叔的，因为他或许救
了我的命。以后再也不开那么快了，为了省这十几二十分钟不值得。 |

发帖数: 6501 | 3 你可以上庭， 花点时间，罚款肯定是能免的，第一次可以做community serviced抵。
但是找律师更容易，$250 flat就给你办了，其中court fee就要$188, 这个你
自己去也得交的。 还省得跑两趟法院（第二次是送service证明）。

是350 flat。
community service倒是无所谓，反正平时没事也要去做志愿者。

这个没技术难度，尤其您没案底
估计邮箱都被塞满广告了吧。挨个打电话挑个听来靠谱也便宜的就行。
自己上庭也行，就是麻烦。

$250 is the lowest price I found among the wake county attorney ads I got.
If you dont mind spending time on community services,
you might just go to the court by yourself and talk with the DA and judge
they might provide alternative.
And even better outcome is if your case got dismissed
you would then do not need to pay anything.

$250 for all including attorney fee? It is too cheap.
For my experience, it is $100 attorney fee, and now it is $188 court fee
plus maybe $20 ticket fee, it is around $300.

You can use PJC. Then you will pay only court fee $188.
The disadvantage is: if you use PJC, your whole family cannot have other
ticket in 3 years. After 3 years, all are clear.

plus he got to make one of them dismissed, so he earned that court fee....
