Sorry to bother if you are not interested. One nice and clean bedroom in a
3b2.5 townhouse near Duke west campus will be ready to sublease by Mid Nov (
in about 3 - 4 wks).
Here is some info about it
1. The Apartment is Lenox West under Ticon Properties which provides
excellent service any time. You can check out the floor plan in the link
below. Basic appliances like microwave, washing and drying machine are ready
for use. The bedroom is one the 2nd floor and features about 150 sq ft,
plenty of storage space.

2. Your share of the rent will be $330 + utilities with two other
Chinese girls who are both Duke graduate students. The utility is about $55
– 60 including water, heat, gas, electricity and internet.
3. The apartment is about 3 miles away from duke univ, 8 min to Liming
market/ target, 3-5 min drive to Kroger, close to highway, it is very
convenient.
4. The lease is till June next year, but you can sublease at any time
if needed.
5. If basic furniture is needed, mine are used less than one year.
Prices are negotiable. If you have your own, that would be fine too.
