今天突然不给用了。说是 account not active, Login to your FreedomPop account
and update your Payment method.
我账号上有一张卡，但是不太记得是啥卡了。我理解也许freedompop想让我更新一个可
以用的信用卡。这个我也能理解。但是问题是我进我账户看到下一月的账单变成4.99而
不是0.
Next Payment Amount US$4.99
Next Payment Due Date 3/16/18
下面这些是以前的账单历史；

我的理解是如果我给一个能收费的信用卡，下个月开始每一个月freedompop就会从我的
卡上收4.99。
我的问题是有没有人知道这个4.99从哪来的？ 还是跟globe sim 有关系的，还是就是
他家没理由乱收费？ |

global 的服务，然后如果我点那个Upgrade，就能看到 free sim +6.99 shipping.
我试了试，用https://www.freedompop.com/offer/penny-sim-1-1GB-bonus link可以
有0.01 SIM.
请问这2个SIM 有啥区别。我理解0.01的有一大堆服务需要先充值再取消。 如果我
order 6.99 那个upgrade sim 还有啥妖俄子吗？是直接可以用，还是一样要充值后取

我的global SIM 还是$0.00, 如果变成$4.99就cancel或者转LTE SIM.

我不再有兴趣与Freedompop打交道了 directly，因为犯错很容易。
freedompop最近也关闭了4g only sprint手机 like ZTE force。 I used ZTE force

计划降级为免费计划 with or without disable auto top up。
完成任何设置后，freedompop会向您发送AT＆T LTE sim card.
所以除了7 to 9美元的初始设置之外，你没有任何风险。
另外，我在 one and half year ago 以5美元的价格从aenews购买了global SIM
account (on bonzana website)。 到目前为止，我没有遇到任何问题。 |

发帖数: 1097 | 13 没用。将来每个月收$4.99，auto top up关闭了或者卡是假的，fp收不到钱马上就冻结
账号，是没地方跑的。
有global卡的，能用一天就用一天；没有的，现在跳那就是吃饱了撑的了。

现在基本办法就是取消global SIM，改用LTE SIM.

如果已经停止了auto top up,就试试用下面这个链接升级到LTE （0.99刀升级，之前有

that this is due to a failed payment on the account. We tried to draft a
payment for renewal charge on 02-16-2018 and we were not successful.
To restore the service please follow the instructions below:
How to Pay Your Bill and Update your Card
Upon account review, we found that the account is on our free data and/or
voice plan. Please be advised that you have an active subscriptions to
Global Plus 300 for $4.99 added last 09-11-2016 as a free trial.
Within the terms of service, if downgrade or deactivation of services at the
conclusion of your free trial is not completed the service will remain
active and automatically renew at the rate of $4.99. The result of no action
taken prior to the ending of your trial caused the current recurring charge. |

message. Please make sure that you're using the updated credit card that
you have and it has sufficient funds available on it. As per my previous
email, the account is suspended due to billing issue.
Once the payment posted, that's the time that we can remove the suspension.
You can also upgrade the SIM by simply logging in to your online account. If
you still have questions, feel free to reach us back and we'll be more than
glad to assist you.
