You : First question: is this a plan?
Jessica : Yes, it is a plan.
You : I mean is this a 1-year plan?
Jessica : You'll keep the special price on your monthly service until 03/31/
18.
Jessica : After 3/31/18, the first line will be $60, the second line will
remain $40, and each additional line up to 10 lines will be $30 as long as
you remain enrolled in AutoPay.
You : If I would like, I can cancel my plan at any time?
Jessica : The device agreement will be for 24 months with monthly
installment so you can pay off the device balance for remaining months to
cancel it at anytime.
You : I have my phone. I don't need to buy your phone.
Jessica : With Full price option or own device, there is no contract or
device agreement.
You : What does this mean? what is 'Full price option '?
Jessica : The phones are available with lease, monthly installment and at
full price.
You : Great! Since I have my phone already, I will port my old number to
this new plan. 'there is no contract or device agreement'. I can cancel my
plan at any time. Is my understanding right?
Jessica : Yes, that's right.
You : I am Ring+ user. What should I do to enroll this plan?
Jessica : You can switch in a Sprint store with your own device and get
this
plan.
You : I have to go to a Sprint store?
You : Can I do it online? now?
Jessica : To switch online, you will need to buy a new phone. It will only
give the option to buy new phone. In store, you will get the SIM card and
they will install it to your device.
You : Ring+ is using Sprint network. Why do I need a new SIM card?
Jessica : That can be checked in a Sprint store when you bring in the
device

You : How can I enroll my family member's phones? Do they have to go to
local Sprint store too?
Jessica : Yes, you need to bring those devices in store to get services on
all devices.
You : When they go, what should they tell the representative?
Jessica : You can ask them to switch to Sprint with own devices.
You : How do your people know we are in a family plan?
Jessica : You need to visit at the same time with all devices if you want
services at the same day on all devices.
Jessica : You can also add lines later to your plan by visiting there.

发帖数: 21328 | 8 你如果有r+剩下的抽屉电话最好。可以看看虚拟号行不行，因为你是去店里买，有激活
费，小儿一般会帮你想窍门。店里买会送sim。
