Dial 611 from your phone (this is a FREE call) or contact customer service
from any phone at 1-800-643-4926 and provide the state and city for which
you would like a number.
Note: If the phone is currently active, unused airtime minutes can be
transferred to the new number. A new SIM card may be needed if you change
your mobile number to one outside your service area.

within the same region of your current area code. If you are trying to
change your area code to one outside your current region, you will need a
