因为要加ICCID，周六在网上submit一个ticket。今天终于回了：

concern please provide the ICCID number for the device.
那个support interface上面就有填ICCID的专门位置。我以为偷懒的码工没把ICCID弄
到ticket里面去，就login想去看看。结果左看右看居然没有查看ticket的地方！后来
一狗发现了这个link： https://support.freedompop.com/app/account/questions/list
ticket果然在。打开一看，码工没有偷懒，我输入的ICCID就在那里。
