I doubt that they could help on this issue because it is related to your
phone. To update your dumb phone's prl, you need to change the mdn and msl
numbers of your phone, which requires you to dial a special CODE to access
the nam setting from where you can change msid and msl.
I Googled the information and successfully updated my virgin dumb phone.
