Please try restoring data with these steps:
1) Install ChangeAPN app from Google store
2) Open ChangeAPN and click the "option" ( the 3 vertical dots) in the
upper right hand corner.
3) click "reset to default"
4) exit the app
5) perform carrier reset (note: need to use the *#*#72786#*#*)
6) After the phone rebooted, perform PRL/Device config update.
可是ChangeAPN软件运行时软件界面显示“Access point name settings are not
available for this user.”
后面的步骤都进行了，还是不行。
