然后选择fedex overnight，大概50-100 USD吧 |

yes, It is illegal and you need to take your own risk. You can pack dry
ice like 2 kg in a
cardboard box. That way the CO2 can escape easily. You will also need to
wrap your samples carefully so that it will not break on the way.
