我要是当老板，我会以手下学生对化学研究的兴趣增长为自己成功的标准，不过这可能
也是为什么我当不了老板。

这个还不算啥，还有公开要求晚上来做实验的，周六全天周日半天的，tmd，机器人是
不是也得维修保养？
国内的组和公司还有打卡的，打指纹的--这个真变态，就差查查虹膜了
化学人的自由之路只有两条，一是改行，二是死 |

即便这样, 还是很难实现. 光在化学里颠来翻去得想啥好找工作有啥意义啊

一周一个反应，说不过去的呀。老板应该不会满意。
一周2-3个反应（至少要成功2个），应该是能够做到的。
我现在的公司要求一天2个反应，但我还不能达标。tnnd。。。
至于老板苛求的工作时间问题，首先我觉得老板不应该这么小气。每月都应当准许病假
或者事假一天。小孩子病的时候，父母晚上是最难熬的。LZ还去工作了3个小时，很佩
服。TMD老板竟然一点儿都不体谅。其次，如果你能够把工作的数量和质量提高上去，
老板的气就顺了，也就不会再纠缠具体的时间了。
一周一个反应，对于有机专业而言，真是天堂般的日子啊。真后悔没有去你老板那里卖
命。。。。。。 |
