changed column condition and flowrate and let it running for two days. Then
set it back to my default condition, no matter how long it stabilize the
pressure won't go back 130 bar but 90 bar. I don't know where it goes wrong.

column is cleaner after some junk is eluted out. |

I keep a good habit to wash column after using every time. Last time I tune
up the flowrate thus junkies may get washed out. That makes sense.
