但是, 法律不能保证人不犯法. 在巨大的利益驱使下总会有人违法. 我想知道在专利申
请过程中是否有人违法并窃取他人专利的例子.

如果你是在学校的，那你的专利是属于学校的。如果你是在公司的，你的专利是属于公
司的。如果你确定你可以逃过学校和公司，那申请专利的费用都是要你自己出的 | m******x

international暴贵。如果你使用了学校的任何资源，你就不能独立申请专利。你私人
和公司谈，要征得学校ip office同意并且签nda。你只能享受royalty很少一部分。 | r******0

被批准之前会被publish出来，就算你的申请不被批准，你也已经distroy了这个ip，别
人不可能再用你的这个idea来申请专利了。

It depends on the priority date of each application on top of the novelty
and utility of each application disclosed. Your failure to secure patant
protection has nothing to do with other's failure or success of applications
for the same or similar invention.
But I agree with you in that LZ should not worry about this on his part.
