BASF) to open in China, where they should manufacture that HDI in high
quality. They are very professional than any others. I am not sure
American chemical industry to make that, let alone agents to sell them to

成生产。
现在国内全面缺货，找不到供应源，不知道为什么。
我打电话给Perstorp,说HDI是他们的原材料，他们不卖了。。。（难道就是收购Rhodia
的原因)
我是完全不懂，就帮家里人问。

发帖数: 158 | 5 Hexamethylene diisocyanate, HDI is similar to aromatic diisocyanate MDI and
TDI, important materials for synthesizing special polyurethane. I did
some analytical job on that compound. It's not mass manufactured in China.
Phosgene is one of fundamental building blocks for producing HDI. So I
always worried about this toxic coming off from analytes during working.
Cause I heard so much about scared cases induced by phosgene and also saw my
former colleagues in this trouble. Imagine like a fish which can not
breathe off the water.
I really have no idea where can find other company to get that material in
US. Possibly your family can find some glue at Chinese Journal "
Polyurethane Industry", in which there are a lot of commercials published
here. Or find people working for polyurethane industries.
