Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated intern to join a medicinal chemistry team
in the Department of Drug Discovery at GNF. Responsibilities include
synthesis, purification and analysis of novel, biologically active small
molecules focused in the area of metabolic diseases. The position is ideal
for an undergraduate or graduate student majoring in organic chemistry or a
recent graduate with 0-6 months of experience. The candidate must have a
fundamental understanding of theoretical and practical aspects in organic
chemistry. Good communicational skills, basic computer skills and accurate
documentation of completed work is essential.
