PEEK tubing or ferrules should not be the problem.
Try to unplug it and tight it in right way again.
If this happen before you even inject anything again, I think the
reassembly might have problem from your vendor.
If it happen when you inject, then it might have particle blocked somewhere.
Just my opinion. Not "da xia".

没line堵的话，就尽量拧紧一些。（别拧断就好）
尤其拧进的时候，注意nut,line和ferrule的配合。
