的，努力干活的中国人，和本国人，不要美国的 |

anyway,我觉得有机合成工作还是很多，像你一

bad. How can you have 20 papers with 0 first authors? and some of them
simply just bad...and you are asking for a job...although, the Chinese
applications generally are a lot stronger than Indian's.

even before I give him the offer stating his adviser highly recommended him
to pursuit his post-doc in a CHEMISTRY lab...You know NIGMS and NSF can only
fund so many pure chemists. |

发帖数: 2041 | 23 I don't know why but I don't get that many Chinese applications, 1 out of 10
is Chinese and the rest of them are from India. Only 2 out of 50 have 1st
JACS or Angew.
We will see, my other candidate kind of shocked when I told him the visa
process will take at least 3 months or more.
