Once they asked me to email them 20 slides and do the presentation over the
phone. The presentation was followed by a bunch of behavorial questions.
The other time it was all technical questions such as what is your general
approach to catalyst deactivation, or tell me how you used inverse GC in
your research, things like that.
For both times the interview was 45 min long.

去听报告，听完报告五六个hire managers老泪纵横的恳求加入，最后synthon说我还有
