到并接受一offer，学校在美国130左右，老板还可以，一年发一篇文章没有问题。
昨天又收到一offer （和前一个offer基本同时申请，只是这个给offer晚），学校美国
前20，算是顶级学府了，但我对发文章没有把握，但必定学校很牛，现在很想接受这个。
我的问题是：
1）前一个offer学校可能已经开始为我办理新的2019了，现在还可以拒掉吗？
2）如果可以该怎么和老板解释？

chemistry, we are kind of like dogs. Pedigree and word of mouth is very
important. If you really want to go to the 2nd school and the visa cost
money for the 1st, I will offer to pay back the money.

发帖数: 97 | 4 There is significant difference between so called"130" and "20" universities
by the time one try to secure a real job, especially given the fact this
would be a second postdoc.
Postdoc employment is also at will in the US, with that being said, your PI
could let you go any time, and you are entitled the right too. You may just
let them know that you are not going since you have a much better
opportunity, and it is also for his own benefit. |

tell the truth. Lying is not good at most cases because your academic circle
is just so small, especially in US. |

what you do, he will be unhappy. But, he is not your supervisor, and he will
not do anything to hurt you. That's all |
