发帖数: 416 | 1 A PhD in Chemistry is required. Organic Chemistry preferred with three years
of experience working with chemical synthesis and organic chemistry.
Experience and/or knowledge of chemical manufacturing process development
and scale-up processes, or background in chemical synthesis and organic
chemistry. Minimum of three years bench work experience in synthetic organic
chemistry (preferably surfactant chemistry). Preferred experience in
surfactant industry. Industrial chemicals applications preferred over
academia or basic research.
Leadership, Communication and Organizational Skills. Ability to work with
team members at all levels. Ability to work across multi-cultural
environments. Skills in Process Engineering and process improvement. Project
Management experience helpful.
