complex is called Camden at Bloomingdale. Rent will be $1050 if you start a
new long term lease. The rent for November can be negotiable (I am willing
to pay part of the rent for you for November). You can either take over my
lease by starting your own new lease, or you can take my current short term
lease which ends till January 15th 2011. The address is 348 Glenwood Drive
Bloomingdale, IL 60108. I just moved in one month ago and now have to leave Chicago because of
another new job.
The apt is newly renovated, everything is in great and new
conditions. Very luxurious and spacious, total 843 sq ft. It is also in a very nice
neighborhood. There is a Meijer supermarket right cross the street of the
apt complex, and Costco, walmart, target, Jewel Osco and a lot of other
stores are all around 5 min driving distance. The Stratford Mall is within 3
min driving too. It is only 20 min away from Woodfield Mall and good
Chinese restaurants in Schaumburg are. The apt itself has a nice fitness

IIT 10-15分钟。在高层19楼~所以很安全，楼下24小时保安~价格280刀（包水，暖，气
；有空调；10M网络以及电费3人均摊），在apartment里应该算相当低了~楼下2分钟路
程到21路车站，直达chinatown, pete’s买菜~室友是一男一女，很nice~非常好相处~
不过厅是开放式的，室友出门会路过厅，所以应该只适合不介意的男生租~
12月20号左右可以入住（如果你非想提前入住可以跟我一起睡厅...厅真的相当大- -）
~房子2011年8月底到期~所以优先考虑长租~谢谢理解~

因为室友去intern,现在living room空出来，原价379刀，现减50刀，
330刀房租加utility 是电费和网费，均在10刀左右。

地址555E 33rd PL, chicago. 就是Lake Meadows的555那栋4楼。
离IIT主校区走路10-15 mins，旁边就是jewel超市，
不远35路和3路，红线，绿线方便快捷。
