first time biking there.
We plan to start at 9am, early enough to avoid the crowds? also, any
suggestion about the trail and parking? we will follow this trail:

别太晚 被晒到就不好了
你可以往南骑，经过McCormick Place 然后再往南 到31街那边 一路都很漂亮 不过会
发现黑人越来越多
往北过了navy pier 后 有一片沙滩 还有什么棒球场什么的 最后似乎是到loyola附近
结束吧
南北的风光差异很大 但都美的冒泡^^

发帖数: 1476 | 4 9am is a little late. If Saturday is a sunny day, there will be tons of
people on the trail, esp. the section from downtown to Lincoln Park. I would
suggest an earlier time, say 7am to really enjoy the peaceful lakefront,
and not to get burned by the sun. You can always have a "hui(2) long(2) jiao
(4)" later. |

发帖数: 1842 | 5 9am is a little bit too late for the daytime biking at lakefront, you might
be sun burnt.
Don't worry about the crowded, never happened for trail.
Parking depends on which part you choose to start your biking, I know
northern side is very hard to find a spot, if after 10am. There are plenty
of parking lots at southern side.
My tips, if you can't get up before 7am, then biking after 6pm. Heading for
south, and back after sunset if you can't finish the whole trail, you're
gonna have the most g |

发帖数: 701 | 6 我住的比较近，所以周末都和朋友直接骑到湖边，开始的时候一般去北面骑到navy
pier，现在都是去31街还有40街附近的beach，如果开车去一般不在北边停车，比较困
难，稍微靠南一点好停，31街直接开到湖边然后右转沿着坡下去比较好停车。 ^o^ |
