原来名人,CEO们都住这啊,怪不得房价掉的这么厉害.

很正常。早就有人做过调查，越是贵的房产，foreclosure的趋势也越高。
很多owner并不是付不起贷款，只不过房价低于贷款总额了（underwater），
从经济上来算，即使还贷款，以后卖了也不一定划算。那些有钱人，
房产都不止一处的，所以foreclosure一两处，经济上损失点，人家日子过得
还是比穷人好得多。
