1. they do have truck, big one.
2. i don't know whether they have minimum charge or not.
3. I got the info originally from Motorola internal recommendation. They
are professional mover, and have many blankets to protect your furniture. I
don't think they have insurance.
4. They charge by how much stuffs you have, that is why i said they will
come to your place and give you a quote, once the quote is agreed upon. They
just do the work no matter how many hours it takes, usually they will

迟到了四个小时。
本来预计天黑前可以完成，结果害得我熬灯费火差点晚上都没地方住。：（
还有就是他们往新家搬家具的时候把我的墙撞脱了块皮，
他们答应来帮我补，一直没来，打过电话催也没来,看来是没戏了.
不过他们干活挺麻利的,价格也还公道,我们给了不少小费.
哎,早知道他不来给我补墙就不给了.:)
