not take any courses next semester. I play to start my OPT in Feb 2011 so I
need to apply OPT around Oct 2010.
I want to come back to Beijing to renew my Visa in Jan 2011 . Since i will
apply OPT, i am afraid i will have Visa problem. Last time i renewed my Visa
in June 2009. Any suggestion? Thanks! |

status is valid, which is your case.

发帖数: 38 | 3 my i20 will expire in May 2011. But i will not take any class in Spring
semester and will start OPT in Feb. I miss the deadline of graduate
application for Dec 2010. So i will get my degree in May 2011. Thanks!

发帖数: 5431 | 4 即使是你学校办opt的国际学生办的老师都不会建议你在办理OPT的时候回国，你办OPT
的目的就是找工作，太容易被VO认为是移民倾向了。
要回国就在办opt之前回去，要不就在找到工作拿到H1B-I797表以后再回国。

听课呢。 不过我觉得签证不是问题， 去学校的International Student Office 问问
