to the embassy in person? Or can one of the parents apply for them with
appropriate documentations. The language on the website is not clear. I
tried to call the office without success. So if anyone knows, greatly

后来听过一个版本说，一家三口手持当地报纸一份合影一张，报纸上要有日期，算证据
。。。。听说的，汗。 |
