另外请教一个问题，找到人sublease 后是不是要leasing office 给出一封信，说
lease 解除了，这个文件一般叫什么名字？ 否则 sublease 的人中途走掉了，房东又
来找我怎么办？
房间详情如下：

ends February 29th, 2012, with the option to renew. No Security Deposit,
Heat, Gas and Water included. It is also good if you want to move in on
November 1st or December 1st.
One Block from the lake, 432 W. Belmont @ Sheridan; 60657; a lot of nice
shopping, dining, & nightlife; close to CTA busses 145, 146, 147, 77 etc.
including express bus; north of Lincoln Park; south of Wrigleyville; & east
of the Belmont Red and Purple line.
- Hardwood floors - New windows & mini-blinds - Separate kitchen - Walk-in
closet + nice size clothes closet - High ceilings with Ceiling fan & track
lighting - Includes heat, gas, & water, you only pay electricity - cats are
OK - On-site laundry, bike storage, & dry cleaners
This is a very nice and large studio, I need to leave because my good friend
is leaving for California for a job, I will need to take over his apartment
. It is very nice to have a 3-5 months sublease to see if you like the
studio and decide whether to renew after next February. It is also good if
you want to move in from November 1st or December 1st.
