PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Accounting Manager will have responsibility of managing Corporate General
Ledger and all the related accounting functions. This person will report to
Corporate Controller. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual who
is excited by the prospect of working in a dynamic environment as well as
willing to be hands on leader. This position will also oversee the Shared
Services and Cash Management.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist with the development, implementation, and maintenance of
company accounting policies to comply with US GAAP;
• Assist Corporate Controller to quickly resolve a wide variety of
complex technical accounting and transactional issues
• Consolidate the Global month-end closing.
• Reconcile all the GL Accounts
• Review monthly results to conduct trend analysis
• Develop, implement, modify, and document of financial reporting,
making use of current computer technology to make sure accurate and timely
data is being reviewed.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly bridges on manufacturing and SG&A
cost between actual and forecast
• Annual planning process including cost control analysis
• Perform numerous Ad Hoc projects for Plant Manager and Plant
Controller
• Provide recommendations for procedural improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or Finance. CPA preferred
• 5-10 years of experience in Corporate Accounting/Audit roles.
• Strong Excel Skills/Experience
• Ability to anticipate, identify and resolve complex financial and
accounting issues
• Demonstrated analytical skills
• Ability to deliver multiple tasks accurately in a time sensitive
environment. Meet Commitments and deadlines
• Strong and thorough understanding of finance, accounting,
budgeting, and cost control principles including US GAAP
