you pay 400K to buy a condo in Lincoln Park, and then you need to pay anther
+$700 for HOA every month.
if you spend the same amount of money (upfrond and montly), you could have a
decent house in glenview
the math seems to be too simple. Where is the catch? any comments?

only a small piece of the puzzle, plus linclon park schools(or cps) might be
better than glenview ones.

挺好的，有了小孩没钱上私校的话就应该考虑校区房了。 |
