First of all when I first called to make the appointment for my son the
lady said I can bring him over right away. So I thought wow this place is
great but when I got there they were so disorganized. I don't think anyone
knew what they were doing. The so -called doctor there was a joke. He looked
at my sons arm and said " its tendonitis." There was no real exam done. So
the doctor had a lady massage my son and put some electrical pads on his arm
area. (She smelled like an ashtray.) We were there in december 2013 but we
just got billed now. My insurance company sent me a bill that showed all the
services we had. I called my insurance company to complain about I Health
because I don't understand why they waited so long to bill my insurance. I
was lucky that I stopped taking my son there because of the
unprofessionalism. For two days of service I was billed over $800. That is
outrageous. We went there twice both times he had a 15 minute massage and
some pad things that went on his arm for about 15 minutes. My bill showed a
$200 charge for the exam which my son never received. Dr. Li literally just
touched his arm in the waiting area and said this is what he has and this is
my treatment plan. This place is a joke. Check your insurance bills from
this company. They are tricky. |

上次她母亲来探亲的时候还有外州的人专程跑来感谢她。他们是曾经专门去国内找她看
病的。
