搬到IL有一小段时间了，但是一直没有换成IL的驾照，原因是IL驾照不符合REAL ID标
准，没法用来坐飞机（虽然有暂时的extension）。
不知道什么时候才能开始有REAL ID的IL驾照？没有本地的驾照还是感到不方便。
看了一下官网，现在有新的驾照申请流程： http://www.cyberdriveillinois.com/departments/drivers/drivers_license/central_issuance/home.html
"This new process, central issuance, meets REAL ID requirements mandated by
DHS. As a result, these changes are necessary for Illinois to move closer to
achieving full REAL ID compliance."
这句话的意思有点含糊，说了meets REAL ID requirements，又说move closer to
achieving full REAL ID compliance，所以到底是有没有achieve full REAL ID
requirements？
而DHS的官网上，IL还是处于extension状态，一些以前是extension的州比如NY现在都
