东北最缺的东西是文化层面的。在东北人的圈子里你很难找到支撑现代工商业的
几个核心价值。比如trust，比如对个人财富的清晰界定和尊重，比如精益求精
的手工艺和工业传统，比如对契约（尤其是心理契约）的尊重，
比如构造和维护一个复杂组织的能力。
东北最不缺的是胡子精神，就是无限制的使用手头的权力，无限制的以暴力和强制
手段摄取利益（无视即便是十分钟前的约定）。
