overcome the provide or at least balanced. Ironically that is not true
based on the data provided by this article indicating that average amount of
floor space per head which was kept rising and predicted rising in the
future. Furthermore the article argued that since the urban per head
disposable income is projected to increase in 2.6 fold in the next decades,
the demand should kept rising. Again this conclusion relies on an obvious
assumption that the housing price should arise in fold less than 2.6.
Unfortunatly this is not true especially for China. | t*d
