"Why the fuck are you doing this to me?" Justin Bieber asked Officer
Fulgencio Medina during his arrest this morning. According to the pop star's
official arrest report, as tweeted by the Miami Beach Police Department,
Bieber was surly and visibly intoxicated when police pulled him over. (The
Miami Herald reported Officer Medina's full name, which was not included in
the arrest report.)
Beiber was arrested at 4:19 a.m. this morning when Miami Beach police
spotted his car – a yellow Lamborghini – drag-racing a red Ferrari in a
residential area. The report states that Bieber was arrested for resisting
arrest without violence, driving under the influence and driving with an
expired license, which had been issued by the state of Georgia. While the
report said the police spotted indications of being under the influence of
alcohol, it also said it was unknown whether he was under the influence of
