I'm working with H1-B status in USA, and going to attend a meeting in Toronto
for a week. Do I need show a new visa (the old F1 experied 3 years ago), Or I
may just show my valid I-797 and I-94 form when I re-enter the USA? There are
very different informtion on this issue due to the changing policy of American
goverment, but I can't aford the risk |
