To keep it short, will withdrawing OPT application affect the future
application? Thanks a lot!!!

I got a letter from U.S. Department of Homeland Secuirty regarding my OPT
application, saying that I need to turn in more evidence. The evidence
requested include: (1) I-20 page 3 and the copy of the page 1 and 2; (2)
I-538.
Actually my school's ISS said the (2) is not supposed to be needed. They don't
know why it is reque
