can let you come, they can forbid you to come. BECAUSE, you are NOT a so
called 'American' and will NEVER be one no matter what you try. So, why are
you complaining? They let people in the country for their own good. With you
or without you makes no difference. Don't claim any right in the process of
enrollment, because you basically don't have any such right in 'ANOTHER'
country.
