My situation is that: I went to University of British Columbia (Vancouver,
Canada) last summer for one month as an exchange student.I paid sales taxes in
Canada. I didn't work there and I didn't pay income taxes.
My question: Should the sales taxes I paid be cou | k****a

u can not file sales tax return, no such thing.
