A friend of mine moved from NY State to Michigan, and the moving company
promised that they would deliver her stuff within 7 days, and it has been
nearly 3 weeks and still they have not delivered.
Despite repeated calls to their office seeking an explanation, they still have
not responded.
Does anyone know what she can do?
