Silicon Valley offices. I was disallowed to have lunches and dinners by my
manager due to busy schedules. When I send an email, point out a problem in a
process, a technical manager in charged in the process (who is not my manager
, and have no reporting relationships with me) summoned me into a conference
room and making threat about my job security, yelled at me and call me bad
