receipt. There are 3 non-receipted returns/year, but I don't suppose I can
match it to the old price without a receipt and now with the new price in
stipulation.

matching. Went to store. Store CSR told me that they can look up receipt,
but cannot use it for return. They don't do price match either, only return
and rebuy, and returns depend on condition. I just consistantly state that I
understand they do not have the authorization to approve the match, but a
store manager can based on corporate office. Also argued that they are a big
chain, should act like every other one. (Thanks to what you inferred in
your post before.) Two lower level CSRs tried to dissuade me but they just
got the wrong battle to fight.
