我们组急需招人,structure engineering背景的最好，MS or Phd level都可以。entry
level. MA的优先。要求commuication skills不错，对做research有点感觉，能够
collect data,分析data. 一直没有招到合适的人，现在部门的头头都很着急。

the different channel and narrows his career path for a civil engineer. BTW
, the salary is not attracting enough based in Boston downtown. |

Your group needs to increase the adviced level to the real level that is
required by the work.
