received my bonus, but I think it is too low, I want to get some number to

normal bonus amount since I only joined in 3 months ago. I already replied
him to ask to pro-rate my bonus, too ridiculous, 3 months should be 25%.

just stay there get enough experiences first, and then you will obtain the
negotiation power.
we all came from there.
above statement based on the assumption that you never worked in a US
company before. if you are a senior then it's different.

Market is down and I even guess some engineers/drafters may be laid off soon
since no enough work for them.
