刚刚收到board的来信，说我工作经验差3个月，humanity学分差3.25. 学分我现补了，
把成绩单在发给他们就是了。工作经验再appeal,也就3个月够了。其实早我就给board
发信询问过工作经验的事，告诉我足够，没问题，如今又说我不够，气死我。
现在有3个选择。补件，同时还可以选择informal hearing or formal hearing.
informal hearing": do not dispute the facts upon which the denial of the
application is based. attached a petition or written statement explaining
the position in conformance with the xxcodes. the informal hearing will be
before Board of Professional Engineers.
