industry jobs. Working in govenment make you lazy. You will not be sharp any
more.
The good point is job security might be better in DOT position.

Caltrans保证engineer 的income与工业界持平。外加上pension和轻松的work load,不
认为在土木行业有任何一家公司可以compete.
别的DOT工资低了一些，但若有pension和轻松的work load,也很不错。 |
